Fernando Martinot

Fernando is a Lawyer, with degrees earned from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law and Finance from ESAN. He brings twenty years of professional experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts negotiation, investment and foreign and bankruptcy contexts, restructuring and settlement process, acquired debt agreements. He is a Member of the Bar Association, as well as these committees; Mergers Acquisitions and Rights of Creditors of insolvency of the International Bar Association – IBA, as well as the International Law Section of the American Bar Association – ABA. Fernando is named in the rankings of Peruvian lawyers specializing in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in bankruptcy contexts (Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Latin Lawyers).
