Simon is an experienced finance professional. He became a stockbroker at the age of 18 and worked in trading and investment for 20 years. For the last 7 of those he was the investment manager in charge of a US$700m Pension Fund for a UK-based Nordic conglomerate.
For the last 10 years Simon has been a successful entrepreneur both running internet start-ups to investing in and managing a diverse portfolio of, e-commerce, fintech and Internet of Things companies. E-commerce has been Simon’s particular area of interest, but his detailed knowledge of financial instruments and equity and debt structuring has been used throughout.
Simon brings financial experience and proven entrepreneurial skills to the company, and has been actively involved in other Peruvian projects with Nick Green over the years since they met.
